Job Title: Regional Manager Loss Prevention, Audit & Firearms Compliance

Reports to: Director of Loss Prevention, Audit & Firearms Compliance

Office Location: This position will be responsible for stores located in IL, WI, MN, IA, ND, SD, NE, OK, MO and KS. Office location will be within this Territory.

Position Summary: The Regional Loss Prevention Manager is responsible for the control and reduction of shrinkage at the stores in their Territory. Investigate and resolves all matters that jeopardize or cause a loss to the company’s assets. Has ownership for all company related shrinkage programs in their assigned stores. Overnight travel is expected to be approximately 50 percent.

The incumbent will be provided a company car, laptop and smart phone. Position Responsibilities Include:

Conduct investigations / interviews with success

● Complete Loss Prevention – Operations Compliance Audits

● Follow, train and audit ATF / state / company policy firearms compliance

● Assess high shrink stores to identify, measure and quantify causes of loss, while developing and implementing solutions to reduce and / or prevent shrinkage.

● Implement shortage control programs designed to reduce losses in stores.

● Functions as the key liaison between the Regional / District / Store Managers

● Train and coach store management and associates in proper procedures and Loss Prevention standards.

● Monitor / oversee physical security (CCTV / EAS / alarm / Lock) functions

Preferred Qualifications:  

● Certification as a CFI (Certified Forensic Interviewer or LPC (LP Certified)) preferred.

Bachelor or Associates Degree in criminal Justice or related field of study.

● Previous multi-unit Loss Prevention (area / district / regional) experience.

● Ability to use exception based reports / shrink reports / financial reports to investigate losses.

● Excellent time management and ability to prioritize and multi-task.

● Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word / Excel / Power-Point / Outlook).

●  Ability to conduct training at Corporate Level, Regional Level, and District Level meetings and discussions and makes presentations with poise and control.

● Ability to work independently.
